I was using beads with Claude Code for long-running tasks and it worked well in principle. Giving an agent a task tracker helps a lot with focus and continuity. Trekker is intentionally minimal. It integrates with Claude Code as a plugin and comes with a lightweight dashboard to track what the agent is doing and how tasks progress over time. No extra abstraction or workflow layers.
