Is it actually bun-specific? Seems like this would inhibit adoption - or worse, overshadow your efforts when someone forks it to support Node.
Little bit wary of how big a footprint you've carved out to manage yourself too - there's a lot of stuff built into this and a lot to support.
I think your "Why Carno.js" needs some work too, none of those points are very unique or enticing if you're already using NestJS. It looks like you manage the dependency injection? That's a feature that differentiates you from NestJS.
